PRINTING TECHNIQUES

We use wide range of Advanced Printing methods to improve the standards of ecosystem. Some of the kinds are:

HEAT TRANSFER VINYL

From fedoras to t-shirt, if you can wear it then you can decorate it! The heat transfer vinyl comes on a clear carrier that stabilizes the material for cutting and keeps your text and images aligned during heat application. HTV is so durable it will even outlast the garment when applied with the proper time, temperature, and pressure.

Heat transfer vinyl comes with different thickness and stretchability. All having different use case of applying process like plotter cutting setting and heat press temperature and holding seconds. This heat transfer vinyl is best for more than 100+ items to customize.

  • Easy to use

All products are specifically designed to offer simplicity and speed during application, allowing our customer to optimize work time.

  • Test

All materials are tested for strength and endurance both in our laboratories and through our network of customers.

  • Reliability

Aesthetic characteristics of materials maintained: Colour fastness and washing resistance; our customers are assured the same tonality of colours even after long periods of time and many washes. Materials soft “hand” after transferring and washing. All these characteristics are always verified testing constantly raw materials and production processes.

DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG)

Direct-to-garment printing (DTG) is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology.  DTG typically requires that the garment be pre-treated with a PTM or Pre-treatment machine allowing for the following:

  • Stronger bond between garment fibers and the pigmented inks
  • Lays down loose fibers to provide for a smoother substrate
  • Chemically reacts with the inks to promote drying and curing
  • Unlimited color options and design reproduction
  • Efficient short runs and one-offs
  • Quick and easy reprints
  • Faster output and response to market trends
  • Seamless printing over zippers and other difficult garments

SCREEN PRINTING

Plastisol is a PVC resin based ink that can be pigmented. We used this printing method on our pure cotton full sleeve kid’s shirts.  Plastisol inks are the standard ink type used in textile printing. Plastisol with boy’s shirts enables to print vivid cartoon designs that catches the eyes of young ones.

Plastisol inks are not affected by the environment, meaning the ink will not cure or dry just by leaving it out in the open air.

From a base plastisol ink, many specialty inks are derived: Metallic inks, Fluorescent, High Density, Puff, Glitter, and Glow in the Dark..Etc..
