Indigo Clothing has manufacturing facility comprising Garmenting Divisions like Cutting & Sewing Sections, Ironing & Packing Sections with Printing & Fusing. Making it a totally integrated Garments manufacturer with screen and discharge printing and computerized embroidery capabilities in another Workspace.

Apart from a large fabric production capacity in-house, being an export oriented garmenting unit enables us to also import various kinds of fabrics, from the best fabric makers all over the world as per the needs & nominations of our customers.

MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK
We have been working with our suppliers to implement lean manufacturing methodologies for over 15 years. One of our priorities has been the role, lean manufacturing can play in creating a workplace culture that prioritizes workers’ health and safety, and human resources management systems focused on continuous improvement, building workers’ skills and empowering them.
QUALITY
We follow Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) through various stages of production. Pursuing sustainable and ethical processes that match exacting global standards.

We know the best way to reduce waste is by designing waste out of our products from the beginning.
Our priority is zero waste, period. Our vision is a circular future in which the very concept of waste doesn’t even exist. We are eliminating waste wherever we can, beginning by designing waste out of our products and optimizing our manufacturing processes. We know that making these key design and process shifts are critical to us achieving our goal of cutting our environmental impact in half.
Waste is generated across our value chain—from agricultural waste associated with harvesting raw materials to the manufacturing waste created in the process of putting the finishing touches on our products to the waste created when you’re done with our products and throw them away.
